Hank Shaw, James Beard Award winner and author of Hunt, Gather, Cook: Finding the Forgotton Feast and Duck, Duck Goose: Recipes and Techniques for Cooking Ducks and Geese is joining us on the evening of October 7th to promote his new book Buck, Buck, Moose: Recipes and Techniques for Cooking Deer, Elk, Moose, Antelope and Other Antlered Things.

We are partnering with The Norbert in West Bend for a unique beer pairing dinner featuring several small batch Fermentorium beers including Blueberry Honey Wheat, Sage Saison and Cedar Tip Pale Ale.

Tickets include a copy of his new book, Buck, Buck, Moose.

If you can't make the dinner, but would still like the book and flight of beers that will not be available in our tasting room, we are offering a flight/book ticket that can be used anytime October 7th.
