Fresh off a 2016 victory that deemed their Grand Cru Surchoix "The Worlds Best Cheese", Wisconsin creamery, Emmi Roth joins The Fermentorium for a pairing of their artisanal cheeses with small batch craft beer.
Special guest and Emmi Roth corporate chef Claire Menck is teaming up with The Fermentorium's in-house Cheese Monger/Cicerone, Mitchell, to host the event. 5 different beers and cheeses will be paired personally by the hosts. Cheese will be cut, bottles popped, and ideas expanded on in an event sure to leave you with a new perspective on that beer cooler and cheese tray left out during the Packer game.
