Tickets are now on sale for the Sausage & Beer Fest event with author and chef Hank Shaw on Monday October 22nd at 5:00pm. The cost is $55 and will include a signed copy of his book, "Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail: Upland Birds And Small Game From Field To Feast".
We've also partnered with Brandywine in Cedarburg to come up with menu inspired by his books. There will be a number of house made sausages and a selection of beers made specifically to pair with those dishes.
